Cancellation policy

Unless a different policy is shown at the time of booking (including any platform-specific policy), the following applies:

•    More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of amounts paid, less a €50 administration fee.

•    Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay price is retained.

•    Less than 14 days before arrival, or no-show: no refund.

•    We recommend guests take out their own travel insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, and personal circumstances.

We reserve the right to relocate you to a comparable or superior apartment within the collection, at no extra cost, if your original apartment becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control (e.g. maintenance emergency). If no comparable apartment is available, you will receive a full refund.
